The firm’s founder brings over a decade of experience in protective security, including executive protection, residential security management, and high-risk operational environments. His background spans both hands-on protective assignments and leadership roles overseeing dedicated security teams for high-net-worth Principals and their families.

For nearly three years, he served as a Security Manager for a high profile Principal, where he was responsible for managing day-to-day executive protection operations, supervising and evaluating security personnel, and developing client-specific standard operating procedures. These SOPs were designed to balance effective security measures with discretion, privacy boundaries, and a concierge-driven service model tailored to the client’s lifestyle.

His experience includes conducting threat and vulnerability assessments, overseeing residential security operations, coordinating travel and logistical planning, and acting as a primary point of contact between the client, security personnel, vendors, and external stakeholders. He regularly engaged directly with clients and their staff to ensure expectations were clearly understood and consistently met, while maintaining operational efficiency and budget accountability.

In addition to management responsibilities, the founder has served in armed executive protection roles supporting high profile clients across residential, travel, and public-facing environments. His career has also included protective assignments in federal facilities, critical infrastructure sites, and overseas security operations in support of U.S. government personnel.

Fluent in Spanish, he places strong emphasis on communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution—recognizing that many executive protection failures stem not from security gaps, but from poor service delivery and misaligned client expectations.
